2,Specification:These products are a kind of light blue dry powder which consists of molten mass of silicate and some special additives. It is used on water heater tanks and enamel base substrate which is in highly needs of anti-corrosion ability.They both are 50-100 mess. Pass 100g powder through a 140-mesh sieve, there will be 25-27g residue left,  LT-605 is used by hand operation ,machinery enameling and spraying.

Acid Resistance: ≥ A levele. Appearance: light blue powder, the coating is smooth and without bubble structure after firing.

4,Usage:LT-605: Soak the pre-grinding powder and water in proportion of 100/36 for 5-6 hours or milling them for a while, Sieve and keep the consistency at 175~180g/100ml, (1.75~1.80g/cm3). Cover 250-400 micron such enamel on a 2mm thick steel plate by firing them at 830-860°C.
